In this program, the study materials (textbook and study guide) are delivered in PDF format and can be downloaded as soon as you purchase our course. This allows each student to begin their preparation without delay and at their own pace. The best part of this program is that students do not have to take their exams at the same time; each student can take them when they are ready (within a 6-month period), allowing for greater flexibility and convenience.
This is a home-based study program; you don’t need to travel. Requirements:
- Select the program (number of students) you want by clicking the “Enroll Here” button, then complete the online Registration Form.
- Receive and review all materials.
- Complete the online certification exam. This exam consists of 125 multiple-choice questions.
- Each student will have up to 6 months to complete the ISFA-CPT course. (Each student can take their exam at any time within those 6 months.)
- To take the exam, each student must email us at education@isfasite.com, and we will send them the instructions.
- Each student will need 70% or more correct answers to pass the certification exam. ISFA maintains the highest standards of assessment.
- If a student fails the exam, they can retake it at no additional cost. If they fail the exam a second time, they will have to pay a re-examination fee of $50, and another exam will be scheduled.
NOTE: ISFA will not issue any certification diploma until each student has satisfactorily fulfilled these requirements. Each student must send a headshot in .JPG or .PNG format to the following email address upon registration so that their ID card can be created: education@isfasite.com.
Course and Program Refund Policy
Fees for ISFA courses and programs, as well as for study materials, are non-refundable. Courses and programs are non-transferable.

Diplomas and certificates will be sent to the address provided on the registration form once all members of the group have passed their exam.
