All completed applications received within 120 days time frame will be renewed for three years past the original expiration date.
Once the completed renewal packet is received, it will take two to three weeks for processing and mailing of the new certificate. Students should make sure the renewal packet contains all the required materials and fees prior to submission to prevent time delays.
If you have not earned your personal training certification at the conclusion of your initial 6 months enrollment period, you are required to pay a extended certification fee of $95.00 and you will have another 6 months to finish your certification.

ISFA Certified Personal Trainers are required to renew their certification every 3 years. This process consists of completing the ISFA-CPT renewal form and ISFA-CEE (Continuing Education Exam) and pay a re-certification fee of $95 and a testing fee of $55.
If you fail to pass your examination, you will be offered the opportunity to resumit your examination one more time at no added cost. Each retest beyond the second attemp (e.g., third attemp, fourth attempt, etc.) will incur a $50 re-testing fee and ISFA will send to you another test.
